Too many refugee families struggle to access nutritious food, earn a living, and build a better future.

At Farming & Health Education (FHE), we help refugee and host communities create practical solutions. We use regenerative farming, hydroponics, kitchen gardens, skills training, and health education to improve food security, livelihoods, and resilience.

In Kakuma and Kalobeyei, families face:

• Limited access to nutritious food

• Few income opportunities for youth and women

• Water scarcity and harsh climate conditions

• Limited access to practical skills and education

But refugees are not only people in need. They are farmers, innovators, entrepreneurs, and community leaders.
