About Us
Farming and Health Education (FHE) is a refugee-led, youth-driven community organization based in Kakuma Refugee Camp, Kenya. Since 2018, we have empowered displaced communities through regenerative agriculture, preventive health, nutrition, and skills development, helping refugees build sustainable livelihoods and improve their wellbeing.
